I was asked the other day by a friend how could he get audio files out of a Powerpoint Show presentation. Having just created a presentations for the ASCCA AGM with a number of audio files I took the obvious path of opening powerpoint and looking for an editing option. None exist. After a lot of pondering I went to my friend Google for the answer, and came up with the link below. The basis of the method is to save the presentation as an htm or html file. In doing so a sub folder is created with the same file name, but containing all of the associated files required by the presentation. To get the audio, open the sub folder and copy or play the audio files.

Hi Samuel,
You can get more information on this item if you click on the link in the post. Let me know if you have already done and it is not enough. And can you be a little more specific about what you want to know or do?
